Sean Mannion, Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia’s sixth offensive co-ordinator in six years inherits an offense that became painfully ordinary in 2025, finishing 24th in total offense and 23rd through the air before a wild-card defeat to San Francisco.

Mannion, 34, arrives from Green Bay after helping Jordan Love record career highs in passer rating and completion percentage.

His West Coast-influenced scheme must restore rhythm for Jalen Hurts without reducing Saquon Barkley to an expensive decoy.

Declan Doyle, Baltimore Ravens

Doyle did not call plays during his sole season as Chicago’s offensive co-ordinator, but he helped Ben Johnson lift the Bears from 32nd to sixth in total offense.

Now the NFL’s youngest playcaller gets Lamar Jackson and a unit that slipped to 16th in yardage last year.

Doyle will operate from the booth, seeking more motion and explosive plays while discovering how much innovation Baltimore’s protection can actually support.

Davis Webb, Denver Broncos

Sean Payton surrendering primary play-calling duties is the headline here.

Webb, still only 31, has been promoted after three seasons working closely with Bo Nix and takes control of a Denver offense that reached the AFC Championship Game despite finishing only 14th in scoring.

He produced 562 yards while calling a 2025 preseason game against Arizona; making that aggression function on Sundays is the rather more important examination.

David Blough, Washington Commanders

Two years after beginning his coaching career as Washington’s assistant quarterbacks coach, Blough has the controls.

His offense will place Jayden Daniels under centre more frequently, adding huddles, zone runs, play-action and heavier pre-snap movement to the remaining Air Raid foundations.

Daniels managed only seven appearances during Washington’s 5-12 season, so Blough’s first requirement is to create easier answers without sanding away his quarterback’s improvisational brilliance.

Brian Fleury, Seattle Seahawks

Following Klint Kubiak after a Super Bowl victory feels suspiciously like agreeing to headline after the fireworks.

Seattle scored a franchise-record 483 points last season, while Jaxon Smith-Njigba amassed 1,793 receiving yards.

Fleury, formerly San Francisco’s run-game co-ordinator and tight ends coach, promises continuity within the Shanahan family of offenses.

His challenge is to retain the deception and balance while giving Sam Darnold something recognisably his own.
