Jordan Love confirmed that he will suit up for Green Bay's opener on the road against Pittsburgh.

"It gets you in the right mindset and just gets you back in that real game feel," he said, per the team website.

He is one of several starters expected to feature for the Packers, as they head into the 2026 season looking to build on last year's playoff push.

Despite Aaron Rodgers' reluctance to feature in the Steelers' preseason games, nothing Mike McCarthy said suggested the veteran won't make an appearance. 

And when Rodgers isn't out there, there's a chance we'll see his eventual successor, with Mason Rudolph, Will Howard, and rookie Drew Allar eager to prove their worth.

Lions @ Bengals: NFL preseason Week 1

The Lions travel to Cincinnati, giving fans a first glimpse of how both rosters are shaping up before the regular season gets serious.

Zac Taylor has suggested his Bengals' starters will see some action, meaning we should get a glimpse of Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins.

Lions coach Dan Campbell appears to be taking a different approach, but he did confirm that first-round pick Blake Miller will make an appearance.

Miller's ability to keep Jared Goff clean will be key to the Lions' season, so all eyes will be on how he performs against Boye Mafe, Myles Murphy, and Cashius Howell in this one.

IFAF Flag Football World Championships

Flag football's biggest event of the year lands in Germany this week, when the IFAF Flag Football World Championships visit Düsseldorf.
