Luis Alberto Lopez faces an inspired Angelo Leo when they meet in Albuquerque, New Mexico tonight.
Leo is fighting in his hometown as he looks to claim a world title from IBF featherweight champion Lopez, live on ESPN in the US .
Lopez has a string of high-profile wins to his name, beating both Michael Conlan and Josh Warrington in previous match-ups.
Speaking to Sky Sports , he made it plain he was going to make the most of fighting in his home city.
"In my last fight, the main goal was to win. I knew everything else would fall into place with a Venado fight," he said.
"This means the world to me. Fighting back in my hometown is something I've always wanted. And what better way to do it than with a title shot."
