Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley 's WBO heavyweight rematch has been confirmed, with the pair set for a London showdown.
The former will defend his strap against the latter at The O2 Arena on October 17, live on DAZN Pay-Per-View and Ultimate .
News of a second dance has long been expected following the duo's superb first encounter at Manchester's Co-op Live in May.
There, Dubois survived two early knockdowns to wrench away the crown from incumbent champion Wardley with a late stoppage.
But this time around, each man will return closer to home, with their second title fight set to take place under the Millennium Dome.
The bout was confirmed before Moses Itauma and Filip Hrgovic's IBF heavyweight contest, with two facing off in the ring together.
It marks a swift return to London for Wardley, who defeated Joseph Parker at the same venue to earn the WBO interim title last October.
For Dubois however, it ends a seven-year wait to return, having last fought in North Greenwich against Nathan Gorman in 2019.
Their clash came amid a busy slate of Queensberry Promotions announcements made ahead of the main event on Saturday night.
Joshua Buatsi and Willy Hutchinson were confirmed for a rematch on November 7, while Anto Cacace and Nick Ball will meet on December 19.
Watch Moses Itauma take the next step in his unstoppable career against Filip Hrgovic on Saturday, August 29, only on DAZN.
