Few fighters can compare to 'The Mexican Monster' among the current pound-for-pound crop, backed up by a slew of superb results.

2023 wins over Caleb Plant and Demetrius Andrade saw Benavidez retain his super-middleweight crowns before moving to light-heavyweight.

There, he turned over Oleksandr Gvozdyk in 2024, then earned the WBA strap against David Morrell in 2025 before stopping Anthony Yarde too.

Zurdo Ramirez (48-1)

Five years older, and with a dozen-and-a-half more fights under his belt, the Mexican is nevertheless a terrific operator at his weight level.

Ramirez lost a light-heavyweight title bid to Dmitry Bivol in 2022, but responded with a cruiserweight move and win over Joe Smith Jr..

He then earned the WBA title against Arsen Goulamirian, added Chris Billam-Smith's WBO crown and defended both against Yuniel Dorticos.
