One of the best attributes about Mario Barrios is that he's a pressure fighter. He likes to stay in the kitchen sink and constantly throw shots. A weakness of Ryan Garcia is that he's not a volume puncher and doesn't like fighters who crowd his space, which makes it difficult to land his vaunted left hook.

"(I'm) going to exploit his weaknesses," Barrios proclaimed at Thursday's press conference. "Every round just making him uncomfortable.
Garcia sat and listened to what Barrios had to say. When asked by DAZN's Chris Mannix if he feels that Barrios can implement what looks to appear to be his game plan, Garcia contemplated the response for a short moment. "King Ry" was short, quick, and to the point.
"No, Chris. I don't," Garcia said laughing.
