Shearer expects England manager Tuchel to make these three changes for Panama match

The dust has settled on England's 0-0 draw with Ghana, and it's expected changes will be made.
England's struggles in Boston on Tuesday night stopped them from securing top spot in Group L, so the Three Lions will now need to beat Panama on Saturday night to finish first in Group L.
With Ghana playing a low block, England did not have the creative spark to unlock the African side's defence, which led to questions about whether manager Thomas Tuchel made the right choices with his starting line-up.
Spence to miss out, Rashford and Saka to start against Panama
A lot of criticism in the match's aftermath was aimed at Anthony Gordon and Noni Madueke on the left and right wing respectively.
The pair did fail to make an impact, whatever runs they had, little chances came of them, leading to calls for change.
There were also struggles for Djed Spence at left-back, and former England international Alan Shearer believes he will miss out on a starting place against Panama.
"I think he’ll change personnel. I don’t think Djed Spence at left-back worked," Shearer told BBC Sport.
"I know why he was brought in because of his pace, and to try and stop their counter-attack, but I think we lost a little bit of creativity, and certainly lost a bit of momentum going forward."

Then came Shearer's verdict on what should happen on England's wings, and he is expecting changes to be made there, with one star name set to start for the first time at this tournament.
"The delivery from both sides, right and left, wasn’t anywhere near good enough.
"A couple of changes he may make at the weekend would be Saka to come in and start, and Rashford to come in and start on the left."
Saka could be touch and go as he is still recovering from an Achilles injury, which has led to him only appearing off the bench for England so far.
Rashford, meanwhile, already has a goal to his name after scoring the fourth in England's 4-2 win over Croatia in Dallas.
