If there's one thing no one expected, it's Spain being under immense pressure going into today's group match against Saudi Arabia. 

After drawing 0-0 with Cape Verde, one of the biggest upsets of the tournaments so far, there are concerns surrounding the current European champions.

Spain will look to set the record straight against Saudi Arabia who drew 1-1 with Uruguay in their opening game. 

With superstar Lamine Yamal set to return, Spain are expected to beat Saudi Arabia, but if they fail to do that, then they could become the first big casualty of this tournament. 

Japan and Netherlands set up Group F climax

Group F is set for an exciting climax after the Netherlands and Japan swept aside their opponents in the second round of group matches. 

The Netherlands thrashed Sweden 5-1, while Japan sent Tunisia packing from this World Cup with four unanswered goals. 

With Japan and the Netherlands joint top of Group F going into the third and final group matches, it will be time to double screen to see who gets top spot, and an easier road ahead in the knockout stages. 

Dutch royal family attend two matches in one day

The Dutch royal family were very busy on Saturday as they attended two World Cup matches in one day. 

First up for King Willem-Alexander, Queen Maxima and Princess Ariane was seeing the Netherlands beat Sweden 5-1 in Houston at 12pm local time. 

Then came a 800-mile trip to Kansas City to see Curacao take on Ecuador. 

The Dutch royals continued to be a good luck charm with Curacao getting their first ever World Cup point in a 0-0 draw, and even joined their celebrations in the dressing room after the final whistle. 

Curacao is a part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and all but one of the team's players were born in the Netherlands.
