Mamelodi Sundowns 3-4 Borussia Dortmund highlights: Goal scoring frenzy in Cincinnati

The Group F encounter featured seven goals as Dortmund claimed a 4-3 victory, with Sundowns battling to the final whistle.

It was the South African team that struck first as Lucas Ribeiro Costa finished a marvelous solo effort 11 minutes into the match, but the Black and Yellow would not be held scoreless for long as they put three goals past Sundowns goalkeeper Ronwen Williams in the first half alone.

Dortmund then increased their lead to 4-1 just before the hour mark, but Sundowns were undeterred as they clawed their way back into the match with goals at 62 minutes and 90 minutes, respectively.

However, Dortmund were able to do just enough to hold off their opponents, grabbing a crucial three points in their quest for the knockout stages.
