AFC Fylde

Craig Mahon

The Irishman was appointed last summer and led Fylde to an automatic return to the National League by winning the National League North title.

Aldershot Town

Scott Davies

A proper non-league journeyman as a player, Davies appeared for 19 different clubs before hanging up his boots and took on the Shots job at the backend of last season after impressing at Slough.

Altrincham

Neil Gibson

Gibson began his coaching career in Wales before moving to the National League in 2025 with Wealdstone. He was appointed Altrincham boss in November, replacing Phil Parkinson.

Boreham Wood

Luke Garrard

Having led the club to promotion to the National League in 2025, Garrard almost made it back-to-back triumphs with a play-off finish. Now he aims to take the Wood into the Football League.

Barrow

Adam Murray

Barrow are back at this level following relegation from League Two and moved for Adam Murray following his play-off-winning success with Kidderminster Harriers last year.

Boston United

Paul Hurst

The vastly experienced manager, who has bossed across the Football League with Ipswich and Shrewsbury, returned to Boston this summer for a second spell in charge of the club.

Carlisle United

Rob Elliot

Mark Hughes left the club after failing to get them back into the Football League, and so the reins have been given to former Newcastle goalkeeper Rob Elliot following his good work with Gateshead.

Eastleigh

Matt Gray

A former National League winning manager with Sutton in 2021, Gray returns to Eastleigh, where he began his coaching career as assistant manager 15 years ago.

Forest Green Rovers

Robbie Savage

The familiar face of Robbie Savage continues to be the man in charge at Forest Green following a first failed attempt at promotion. They'll be one of the favourites in 2026-27.

Gateshead

Lee Cattermole

A name that screams pure Barclays, the former Sunderland midfielder battler has taken on his first job as a number one by taking over at North-east side Gateshead.

Halifax Town

John McGrath

After two play-off finishes and an FA Cup Second Round appearance with Buxton, McGrath gets his shot at a National League post with the top job at Halifax.

Harrogate Town

Simon Weaver

Easily the longest-serving manager in English football, Weaver was appointed Harrogate boss in 2009 and is now into his 17th season as manager of the Sulphurites.

Hartlepool United

Lee Clark

A Premier League midfielder for Newcastle, Sunderland and Fulham, Clark has coached in the Football League, Scotland, Sudan and Oman but is now in charge of the Monkey Hangers.

Hornchurch

Daryl McMahon

Hornchurch are competing at this level for the first time in their history thanks to the management of McMahon, who has had previous National League experience with Ebbsfleet and Dagenham and Redbridge.

Kidderminster Harriers

Paul Wotton

A Plymouth legend as a player, Wotton took on his third managerial role at Harriers in the summer following the departure of Adam Murray after their play-off success.

Scunthorpe United

Andy Butler

Scunthorpe's rise back up the leagues has been led by Andy Butler. In his first full season in charge of his first club, the former defender led them to a play-off win and reached the National League play-offs last term.

Solihull Moors

Chris Millington

Millington was appointed Moors boss last October and led the team to a comfortable mid-table finish. Now he'll have an eye on trying to gatecrash the play-off places.

Southend United

Kieron Dyer

One of the new names in the league and a player who is well remembered for his playing days, when he won 33 England caps. Now he's been charged with getting Southend back to the Football League in his first job.

Sutton United

Chris Agutter

After spending too long down the wrong end of the table last season, Agutter goes into his first full season in charge of Sutton looking for an improvement and a push up the league.

Tamworth

Andy Peaks

Tamworth continue to punch above their weight in the National League, and much of that is down to Peaks. Can he now improve on their midtable finish last year?

Wealdstone

Gary Waddock

It's a first number one role for the former QPR and Wycombe boss since 2019, as he takes over at Wealdstone following spells as an assistant boss at Walsall and Cambridge.

Woking

TBC

Jermain Defoe has left his post just weeks before the season begins, meaning the club are without a manager going into the new campaign.

Worthing

Adam Hinshelwood

After his good work with York, Hinshelwood moved down a level last year by taking the Worthing job and led them to a surprise promotion by winning the National League South.

Yeovil Town

Billy Rowley

A highly-rated academy coach with Chelsea and Fulham, Rowley was appointed Yeovil boss in November and steered the club away from any relegation danger.
