The National League returned last weekend, and it did not disappoint with 45 goals, red cards and last-gasp winners aplenty.
Southend United, Forest Green Rovers and Hartlepool United all made early statements with victories, while newly promoted Worthing delivered the upset of the weekend by defeating title-favourites Carlisle United.
There promises to be more drama this Saturday as several of the division's big sides collide, and although it is the early knockings of the campaign, every point gained could be crucial.
With every match to be aired live on DAZN this weekend, as well as all remaining fixtures in August, supporters truly are spoilt for choice, but which fixtures look the most enticing?
Here, DAZN News selects the pick of this weekend's action.
Kieron Dyer began life as Southend manager in emphatic fashion as his side came from behind to defeat 10-man Altrincham 3-1.
Leon Chambers-Parillon and Oli Coker produced the Essex club's first two goals, while centre-forward Harry Cardwell notched a goal and an assist, grasping the starting opportunity handed to him by Dyer.
As for Scunthorpe United, they left it late to salvage a draw against Yeovil Town with Luke Brennan's 89th-minute strike rescuing the Iron on home soil.
Both sides finished in the play-off places last season and will be targeting the same at a minimum this time round.

Another clash between two of the National League's strongest sides comes from the Shay Stadium as Halifax Town host last season's play-off finalists Boreham Wood.
The Shaymen fell to an opening-day defeat to fellow promotion hopefuls Forest Green, with Robbe Savage's men triumphing in an entertaining 3-2 victory.
Boreham Wood looked to be heading to all three points against Tamworth, but Ben Milne's 112th-minute penalty snatched a point for the Lambs much to the frustration of Luke Garrard.
Both teams are expected to do well this campaign, and neither will want to go another game without a victory despite it being so early in the season.
Two teams who were on the right end of five-goal thrillers meet this weekend as giant-killers Worthing host promotion candidates Forest Green.
Adam Hinshelwood's men produced the result of the opening weekend, scoring three second-half goals to fend off many people's promotion favourites Carlisle.
That was the Sussex club's first-ever win at National League level, and if they can overcome the Green, then they will need to be taken incredibly seriously.
As for Savage's side, they are expected to build on last season's play-off finish and picked up the perfect opening result with a 3-2 win over Halifax.
Kyle McAllister produced a goal and two assists against the Shaymen and is reminding everyone why he will be the club's key man yet again this term.
