Razzaq Coleman earns Worthing a late point against Fylde
An 89th minute equaliser from Worthing’s Razzaq Coleman cancelled out a second half brace from Fylde’s Luca Thomas in a 2-2 Vanarama National League draw.
Jose Marquez gave Worthing the lead in the 16th minute with a well-struck effort from outside the area but the hosts levelled the game on the hour mark with a clever backheel from Thomas.
Thomas then pushed Fylde into the lead in the 73rd minute, with a cool chip that looked to be the winner until the last minute of normal time.
However, Coleman’s late breakthrough ensured last season’s Step Two champions shared the points.
