Who are the twenty-two British names playing in the 2026-27 Serie A season?

For many years, seeing British players head abroad was something of a novelty, especially those who decided to try their luck in Serie A.

Charles Addock became the first in the 1940s, and there have been notable moves by Jimmy Greaves, Ray Wilkins, David Platt, Paul Gascoigne and Paul Ince in subsequent decades.

However, in 2026, there are more Brits moving to the Italian top flight than ever before. So much so, it's almost a new normal to see players experience life in a new country.
