Southend United will be aiming to boost their play-off hopes when they host relegation-threatened Morecambe on Saturday afternoon.
The Shrimpers had their meeting with Aldershot Town postponed in midweek due to a waterlogged pitch and are now two points off the top seven, although they do have three games in hand on Halifax Town.
Kevin Maher's side were defeated by Scunthorpe United in their last outing and are without a win in their last four in all competitions.
Morecambe picked up a point against Tamworth on Tuesday evening, but they need to start winning if they want to avoid the drop.
The Shrimps are second bottom, six points adrift of safety and have not tasted victory in the league since they beat Brackley Town in December.
