AP preseason All-America team: Dante Moore takes first team

With some surprising appearances, Texas leads the way with four players selected, and the SEC dominated among the conferences with 14 of the 27 first-team selections.

Oregon's Dante Moore leads the Big Ten, which got eight selections, alongside two of his teammates.

The 2025 unanimous All-American, Jeremiah Smith, was the only selection from the preseason AP Poll Top 25 No. 1 team, Ohio State.

Defending national champion Indiana features two selections on the first team.

Notable mention to Iowa's Kade Pieper, who made first team even though this will be his first season playing as a center.
