NFL Week 12 best performers: Dak Prescott, Myles Garrett, Shadeur Sanders lead a stacked list of standouts
Watch every NFL game, every week, only on DAZN

Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season hit hard. From the opening whistle in Thursday night's Bills-Texans matchup to the moment the clock hit double zeroes in Cowboys-Eagles, the action was relentless.

We’ve still got Monday night’s showdown between the Panthers and 49ers to come, but there’s already plenty of game-breaking performances to reflect upon as we recognise the players who stood taller than the rest.

These were the true difference-makers, the standouts who lit up the NFL with performances that absolutely deserve recognition as the Week 11 best performers.

Watch every NFL game for the rest of the season for just £34.99

NFL Game Pass ROW

Dak Prescott

After 18 minutes of game action, the Dallas Cowboys were down 21-0 to the defending Super Bowl Champion, Philadelphia Eagles. Prescott was throwing interceptions and the Cowboys were making silly mistakes.

Then, something snapped inside of them, and it was led by Prescott, who threw for 354 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Cowboys back to beat the Eagles 24-21 on a 42-yard game-winning field goal from Brandon Aubrey with no time remaining.

Now, Prescott isn't going to be able to do that every week if the Cowboys continue to dig themselves a hole. Let's see if Prescott can continue this momentum heading into a short week on Thanksgiving Day against the Chiefs.

Shadeur Sanders

Many were expecting the son of Deion Sanders to fail heading into his first NFL start on Sunday against the Raiders. But the quarterback out of Colorado had different things in mind by going 11 of 20 for 209 yards with one touchdown and one interception to lead the Browns to a 24-10 victory.

Sanders helped the Browns snap their 13-game road losing streak and was the first Cleveland quarterback to win their first start since Eric Zeier in 1995. The rookie made sound decisions and didn't make any mistakes that would have cost the Browns.

While head coach Kevin Stefanski was noncommittal after the game if Sanders would start against the 49ers, the young QB has earned himself another bite at the apple in Week 13.

Myles Garrett

Garrett sacked Lamar Jackson four times in Week 11 and nearly dragged his team to an upset over the resurgent Baltimore Ravens.

The sackmaster continued his torrid play, which has put him ahead of the pack for NFL Defensive Player of the Year. On Sunday, Garrett registered three of the Browns' 10 sacks on Raiders quarterback Geno Smith to give them a 24-10 victory. Garrett also had 11 pressures so the sack total could have been more.

Garrett is now at 18 sacks and five away from breaking the NFL record of 22.5 set by the Steelers' TJ Watt. At this point, it appears to be a matter of when, not if, Garrett will break the record.
