Anthony Joshua, Tony Bellew and Carl Frampton are among the stars backing Darren Barker as he starts The Longest Round.
The ex-IBF middleweight champion and DAZN mainstay is embarking upon a 1,800-mile endurance challenge across four countries.
Having embarked on a bicycle from Edinburgh, Barker will next aim to swim both the English Channel and the Strait of Gibraltar.
In between, he will travel cross-country between the two, raising funds in memory of the late Ricky Hatton.
Barker has earned messages of support for his endeavours, with two-time heavyweight champion Joshua leading the plaudits.
Both fellow ex-superstars Bellew and Frampton have also offered support, alongside broadcasters Ade Oladipo and Adam Smith.
Barker's endeavours will raise funds for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) as he crosses the breadth of Western Europe.
Joshua meanwhile is expected to see his super-bout with Tyson Fury rubber-stamped in the next few weeks for a Q4 encounter.
