Fury’s comeback has got the heavyweight division buzzing again, but one fighter who is not big on the 37-year old’s credentials is American contender, Andy Ruiz.
In 2019. Ruiz shocked the world when he stopped Joshua, but his world title reign was short-lived as he lost an immediate rematch to the popular Brit.
When asked about who he thinks is the most overrated boxer today, Ruiz looked to his own division when providing his answer.
“I don't know, there's a few of them that I want to say, but I don't want to put them on blast,” said Ruiz when speaking to Casino.org .
“I'm gonna say Tyson Fury because they hype him up so much but to me, I don't even think he's a crazy fighter. Yes, he's done a lot in the sport. But I feel like the only person that he really beat up that was good was Wilder. So yeah, I'm gonna say Tyson Fury.”
