Fury set for Tottenham comeback

Tyson Fury 's return to the ring had a name and a date - all it needed was a venue to seal the deal.

That is the case now, with 'The Gypsy King' returning to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for his comeback bout with  Arslanbek Makhmudov on Saturday, April 11.

Fury, who reversed his retirement last month, previously fought his trilogy bout with  Derek Chisora at the Premier League venue, scoring a 10th-round stoppage.

His Excellency Turki Alalshikh broke the news on social media, confirming the Briton would begin his return on home soil after three prior fights in Saudi Arabia.

Martinez handed WBC interim shot

Five months on from a split draw against Christian Mbilli for the WBC interim super-middleweight crown, Lester Martinez will bid for the same belt once again.

The star had hoped to book a rematch against the Frenchman, who was elevated to the full crown following Terence Crawford 's retirement late last year.

Instead, he will face Immanuwel Aleem for the lesser strap this March, in a bout that at the very least should earn him first refusal at a full title bid later this year.

It is the latest move in the division, as the fallout of Crawford's exit continues to reshape a busy 168-pound dancefloor filled with probable contenders.

Benn airs Garcia questions before Barrios bout

Conor Benn stands to win no matter the outcome of Ryan Garcia's title challenge against WBC welterweight holder Mario Barrios next week.

The Briton is expected to be the top challenger for the winner's crown heading into 2026, but he has some questions about Garcia's professionalism too.

Speaking on the  Mr. Verzace  podcast , Benn suggested that the challenger is a "liability" and a "loose cannon" in regards to his actions outside the ring.

But he nevertheless feels he has the edge over champion Barrios, whose last two title defences ended in draws that saw him narrowly retain his crown.
