Whyte open to next move

Dillian Whyte would entertain a slew of heavyweight options as the star begins to work his way back towards the ring once again.

'The Bodysnatcher' was smashed to pieces inside one round by Moses Itauma last August, but is still chasing some major names.

"Derek Chisora, Andy Ruiz, [Jarrell] Miller," he told Sky Sports News. "These are guys from my era I didn't fight and I'd love to fight.

"I'm not deluded. I understand that I need a fight to get myself back into contention,  shake some ring rust and just get my groove on."

Dickens relishing second chase

Jazza Dickens believes his latest pursuit of world title glory is akin to starting his career afresh, revealing he plans to enjoy the pursuit.

The former WBA super-featherweight champion lost his crown earlier this year in his maiden defence against Anto Cacace in Dublin.

But speaking to The Ring, the star revealed that he intends to make the most of his latest attempt to scale the summit and claim victory.

"It’s like I get to start my career all over again," he said. "I get to enjoy another career where I get to enjoy everything along the way."

Bruno issues Joshua warning

Frank Bruno has weighed in on Anthony Joshua's performance against Kristian Prenga, believing it has "perfectly" teed up a Tyson Fury bout.

The two-time heavyweight champion rallied from a pair of early knockdowns to score a second-round stoppage win at the Jeddah Superdome.

Taking to X, Bruno lauded both men for their efforts, writing that Joshua' "has set up the clash with Tyson Fury perfectly" with his latest victory.

"Armchair experts question some of the opponents that are not known," he added. "Never underestimate your opponent, they have nothing to lose.”
