Both men have contributed massively to boxing throughout the last two decades and they will finally meet at the O2 Arena after years of being linked to a huge showdown.
Another heavyweight in the headlines this week is Moses Itauma as the bright, young hope added to his impressive reputation last weekend with a one-sided fifth-round stoppage over Jermaine Franklin in Manchester.
The victory prompted immediate speculation that Itauma is ready for a world title shot, but Chisora believes that the Kent man should not be rushed and even suggested going down the British title route.
"Let's give him time, we said that about AJ and Tyson Fury. Myself the same. I don't know why everyone wants him to fight for a world title,” said Chisora when speaking on talkSPORT ahead of his fight with Wilder.
"He hasn't even boxed for a British title. I believe he should fight for British title, Commonwealth and European title.
"The winner of Riakporhe vs TKV is a good fight for him. We need to not push him so fast, that is perfect for him.”
