His win over Sunny Edwards in late 2023 confirmed his flyweight supremacy, before he earned the WBC super-flyweight crown against Juan Francisco Estrada.
Wins over Pedro Guevara in 2024, then Phumelele Cafu and Fernando MartÃnez in 2025, saw him unify the division. Next, it's a new challenge.

A no-contest after a head clash against Francisco Pedroza Portillo checked momentum in 2023, but he bounced back with three straight wins.
The last of those over Winston Guerrero earned him WBA bantamweight honours, which he retained in a Daigo Higa draw in his only 2025 fight.
