WBA world featherweight champion Mauricio Lara will defend his title against Leigh Wood on Saturday, May 27 at the AO Arena in Manchester.
The pair first met in Nottingham back in February in what was a brutal contest and saw Wood lose his title after his corner threw in the towel in round seven after being knocked down by the hard-hitting Mexican.
Now Wood will be out for revenge as he looks to once again prove his critics wrong and become a two-time world champion.
