Paddy Donovan has the chance to tee up a Lewis Crocker trilogy with an IBF welterweight eliminator versus Karen Chukhadzhian.
'The Real Deal' suffered the first two professional losses of his career in a gripping duology in Belfast across the course of last year.
But having missed out on the IBF crown at Windsor Park last September, Donovan has now officially booked his return on DAZN.
Chukhadzhian, the hard-hitting Ukrainian, is seeking to build his own case for a title shot against champion Crocker later this year.
The winner of the pair's bout, due to be held on Friday May 15 in Mannheim, Germany, will become the star's mandatory challenger.
Donovan was previously due to face former IBF light-welterweight champion Liam Paro in January before he withdrew from the bout.
The Australian subsequently was booked in as Crocker's opponent for his first title defence, though the bout is yet to materialise.
An injury sustained by 'The Croc' forced an initial postponement, with the bout expected to take place later in 2026 down under.
Oleksandr Usyk puts his unbeaten record on the line against Rico Verhoeven on Saturday, May 23, in front of the Egyptian pyramids, live and exclusive on DAZN. Buy as a one-off PPV or included, along with Zayas vs. Ennis (June 27) PPV, with a DAZN Ultimate Tier subscription.
