Tyson Fury, Arslanbek Makhmudov weigh-in at over 531 combined pounds ahead of heavyweight clash

Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs), a former lineal and WBC heavyweight titlist, is coming off back-to-back losses to unified heavyweight champion and pound-for-pound great Oleksandr Usyk. Makhmudov (21-2, 19 KOs) is coming off the biggest win of his career, besting Dave Allen by unanimous decision in a dominant performance back in October. Before Saturday's showdown, Fury and Makhmudov got one final look at each other before fight night at Friday's weigh-in.

Makhmudov came onto the stage first and tipped the scales at 264.9 pounds. A jovial Fury made his way to the scale next and weighed three pounds heavier at 267.9 pounds. 

When they separated, Fury pointed to his name and number on the back of his jersey and threw punches into the air while Makhmudov pointed to the sky.

In the co-feature, Conor Benn and Regis Prograis made the 150-pound weight limit. 

Benn, coming off the biggest win of his career in November over Chris Eubank Jr. on DAZN, weighed in at 149.6. Prograis, the former super lightweight champion, was 148.1 pounds. The fun began after that when Benn started talking trash, and Prograis was happy to oblige with words of his own.
