Ben Whittaker continues rise with first round Braian Suarez knockout

Whittaker was fast out the blocks with his fast hands, and jab established early. 

Looking to set up the right hand, he pressed Suarez on to the ropes, tapping him with a left to the body before detonating a right hand on the Argentinian with just over 40 seconds remaining in the first. 

On the undercard, there were wins for Molly McCann, Joe McGrail who became the new Central Area super bantamweight champion and heavyweight prsopect Leo Atang.
