UFC 265: Twitter reacts to Cyril Gane winning interim heavyweight title

Through two rounds of the UFC 265 main event, Ciryl Gane was tactically breaking Derrick Lewis down. Whether it was kicks to the body, head, and legs or a stiff jab to Lewis' face, Gane was in total control and stifling his foe to the point he wasn't even throwing shots. 

That strategy allowed Gane to go for the jugular as he stopped Lewis via TKO in the third round to become the interim heavyweight champion at the Toyota Center in Houston, Lewis' hometown. The victory made Gane the first French-born fighter to win UFC gold.
