The goalless draw was reminiscent of many of the second group games we've seen from England in the past and sparks some concern over the ability in the squad to unpick teams who stick men behind the ball and sit in a low block.

It's an approach that Panama would have taken notice of. The South Americans may already be out of the competition, but they could pose similar difficulties for Thomas Tuchel's men.
