Michael Owen states what Bellingham needs to do to be considered England's best

England stand on the cusp of history tonight as they look to make their first World Cup final since 1966.
A win over Argentina will see the Three Lions head to New York on Sunday to face Spain, in what would be a repeat of the Euros final from two years ago.
Thomas Tuchel's men have been far from convincing in North America, but thanks to the exploits of Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham, they have found a way to make it to the final four.
Bellingham's performances have put him in the frame as one of the players of the tournament, with some suggesting that he's having arguably the best finals ever seen from an England player.
However, a man who's no stranger to huge games against Argentina, former England striker Michael Owen, believes that Bellingham can only be considered an all-time tournament great if he delivers the World Cup.

"He is exceptional. I absolutely love him. I love his mentality. I love his game," Owen, UK ambassador for Casino.org, which is known for helping players compare trusted British online casino brands, told DAZN News.
"I think he's a brilliant player. We could be talking; if we go and win it, we'll get to the final. Absolutely, we could talk in those realms.
"But we haven't played anyone yet, and we won the World Cup in 1966. How can anybody say that he's achieved more in a World Cup? We've beaten Panama and Congo and, come on, we haven't even played anyone decent yet.
"So no, not yet, but ask me that question in another week."
Owen created his own legacy against the South Americans during his England career, memorably winning a penalty against them at France '98 before going on to score one of the most iconic World Cup goals of all time in St-Étienne.
Four years later, it was the forward who again won the penalty that saw David Beckham convert in the 1-0 win at the 2002 finals, and it was Owen's goals that secured the win the last time these sides met in a memorable 3-2 friendly win back in 2005.
Ahead of the first clash in over two decades, he is backing Tuchel's men to overcome Lionel Messi and co.
"I fancy us," he said. "I don't think either team have been at their best throughout the tournament.
"You could argue we've probably been slightly better. Argentina have been pretty average. But again, they've not played anybody of our quality.
"And when you're a top team, you do tend to raise your levels. And I think both teams might do that. I think it could be a really exciting game.
"I'm going to hark back to 1998. I think it could be another 2-2. I think there could be a few goals in it, a lot of drama, and it could even go to penalties.
"Only this time, I fancy England. I think, listen, it's a hard one to call, but I do think it'll be exciting. And I've got a feeling that England might go through in a thriller." Getty
