Flamengo vs Bayern Munich was a match between two heavyweights of their respective continents and they didn't disappoint in their last-16 match at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, combining for six goals as Bayern ran out 4-2 winners.
After Erick Pulgar's own goal opened the scoring for Bayern, Harry Kane added a pair of goals while Leon Goretzka also tallied for the Germans, who looked comfortable throughout the match despite a spirited fightback by the Brazilian outfit. Gerson nearly took the net off with his goal for Flamengo and Jorginho was cool from the penalty spot as usual as the South Americans beat Manuel Neuer twice, but it wasn't enough to topple the Bundlesliga giants.
