Who are the Premier League's longest-serving managers ahead of 2026-27?
It's now Mikel Arteta who leads the way in the Premier League, having become Arsenal manager in 2020 and has now spent almost three more entire years in charge than any other manager in the league.
In fact, the Gunners boss is now the longest-serving boss in all four divisions, with Nigel Clough at League One Mansfield the next closest at 5 years and 266 days.
Unai Emery's three-year reign at Aston Villa is the Premier League's second-longest, but incredibly, although Roberto De Zerbi was only appointed Spurs manager in March, EIGHT managers have arrived in the Premier League after him.
