The goalless draw with Ghana was a wake-up call, and Kane and Co. are eager to put things right.
Panama have conceded only twice in two group games and four times across six qualifiers, but the quality of opposition in those matches was modest at best.
With Tuchel's side motivated to improve on that toothless display against Ghana, I fancy Kane to get back to doing what he does best.
With that said, Panama's defensive discipline and England's lack of creativity make a goal glut unlikely.
Couple that with how Panama are yet to score at this World Cup and managed only nine goals in six qualifying games against inferior defences, and the under 3.5 goals market makes sense.
