Andre Ward predicts Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk

Speaking to the Behind The Gloves YouTube channel, Ward told Michelle Joy Phelps that Fury's boxing skills will prove too much for the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight champion. 

"He’s not going to beat Tyson Fury. Tyson Fury is just not some big lumbering guy. He’s skillful; he can fight," Ward said.

"It’s just too much mass, I think [for Usyk], but Anthony Joshua has to fight Usyk in a rematch."

Ward also believes that Fury should retire from boxing if he becomes the undisputed world heavyweight champion against the winner of Usyk vs. Joshua.

“If successful, ride off into the sunset.  He has nothing else left to prove.”

While an undisputed fight won't be taking place anytime soon, it's expected that Fury, who holds the WBC belt, will face his mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte in an all-British showdown early next year.
