Brandon Figueroa is the new WBA featherweight champion after he stopped Nick Ball in the 12th and final round of their contest in Liverpool.
It was proving to be a tough fight to score with many of the rounds close, and going into the final session, there was no clear winner.
Figueroa however made sure the fight did not go to the scorecards with two quick knockdowns, with the fight then being stopped.
For Figueroa, this win now makes him a three-time world champion at the age of 29.
