Wilder missed bout with Brit

Deontay Wilder was in the frame to face Johnny Fisher at one point this month, with the Briton admitting a clash fell through for the pair.

Last out against Derek Chisora in April, 'The Bronze Bomber' has been linked to Oleksandr Usyk's farewell bout over recent months.

But speaking to About Boxing, Fisher has dropped a fascinating tidbit, including that he was offered a possible clash with the star too.

"Of course I was up for that," he stated. "There was talks [with ex-promoter Matchroom], a couple of weeks before my contract was up."

Muratalla eyes Stevenson

Raymond Muratalla is hopeful he will not need to resort to social media in order to secure a blockbuster bout with Shakur Stevenson.

A steady win over Robson Conceição at the weekend further underlined the IBF lightweight champion's place as a premier operator.

Now, Muratalla wants super-lightweight champion Stevenson - and told Boxing Scene he hopes to make a bout the old-fashioned way.

"I'm hoping that's how it gets done," he stated. "It seems like fights get made online, but I know it could definitely get done without all that."

Tyson set for immersive attraction

Mike Tyson's career is to be immortalized in an immersive Las Vegas attraction, with the WBC on-board as an official partner for the exhibit.

"Iron Mike Legacy: The Mike Tyson Immersive Experience" is set for the Flamingo Las Vegas, with an autumn launch intended for Sin City.

Per The Ring, it will take audience members inside the career of the star, one of the most decorated heavyweight champions in history.

Tyson ended his retirement in late 2024 with a bout against Jake Paul, and has been linked to an exhibition with Floyd Mayweather Jr. too.
