'I hope I get my rematch!' - Canelo keen on Crawford reunion despite retirement

Canelo Alvarez admits he would relish the chance to take a rematch with Terence Crawford, stating it would be "amazing".
The Mexican suffered just his third defeat when the American dethroned him as undisputed super-middleweight champion.
In the wake of his Las Vegas triumph last September, Crawford announced his retirement, rebuffing any possible rematch.
But speaking to the Mr. Verzace podcast, Canelo pushed for another dance, stating: "I hope that [Crawford] fight happens again.

"That’s what I hope, and I think it would be amazing for fans, too, right? For everybody. It’s a big fight. I hope I get my rematch."
One of the most decorated pound-for-pound fighters of his generation, Canelo has been one of his generation's biggest stars.
With defeats against only fellow greats Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Dmitry Bivol before Crawford, his Hall-of-Fame status is assured.
Canelo is scheduled to return in October for this time, with a shot at WBC super-middleweight champion Christian M'billi next.
