One of the hottest young stars in boxing, the Briton has conquered all in his path so far - and often in brutal fashion to boot as well with his style.

A 2024 win over Ilja Mezencev in Riyadh caught the eye before he knocked out Mariusz Wach and Demsey McKean inside a combined three rounds.

Itauma needed just as much time in 2025, sinking Mike Balogun inside two before dispatching Dillian Whyte in one ruthless round back in August.

Jermaine Franklin (24-2)

The American looked to be headed for the summit before back-to-back losses checked his momentum - but he has worked smartly since to recover.

Franklin was outpointed in a close 2022 fight by Whyte, before losing a wide decision to Anthony Joshua in 2023, in a tough result for his credentials.

Since then though, wins over Isaac Munoz Gutierrez, Devin Vargas and Ivan Dychko have further restored his lustre, helping to tee up this new test.
