Ryan Garner is the new WBC interim super featherweight champion after experiencing a night to remember at the home of his beloved Southampton Football Club on Saturday night.
Thousands packed out the stands at St Mary's to watch Garner produce another of his violent displays against Michael Magnesi to remain unbeaten, and take a big step towards a world title fight.Â
But who could Garner face next? DAZN News takes a look at what the future holds for 'The Piranha'.Â
Facing WBC champion Foster
After becoming the WBC's interim champion at 130lbs, Garner is now the number one contender for the sanctioning body's world champion, and that's American O'Shaquie Foster.Â
Foster made a successful defence of his green and gold belt last month against Raymond Ford, but it is not known whether he will stay at super featherweight.Â
A move up to lightweight and a clash with Shakur Stevenson could be on the cards for Ford, meaning the belt could soon be vacant.Â
While Garner will no doubt be delighted if he's upgraded to full world champion status, it will be a shame if he cannot tempt Foster to St Mary's for a world title fight.Â
A domestic clash with Cacace
If Foster is not an option, then WBA champion Anthony Cacace is one that is a real possibility.
Both Garner and Cacace have the same promoter in Frank Warren, and their entertaining styles make for what would be a thrilling matchup.Â
Cacace is no stranger to venturing into enemy territory, if anything he thrives in it, therefore a trip to England's South Coast will be one which will light a fire to once again spoil the party.Â

For Warren, this is a fight that excites him, and speaking to DAZN after Garner's win, he is ready to make what he calls a "phenomenal" contest.Â
"Anto Cacace, that would be a great fight, what a great domestic bust up that would be," Warren said.Â
"If he can win a title, Anto’s got a title, what a unification that would be, it would be phenomenal."
