Jared Anderson is ready to face Andy Ruiz Jr. if he gets the opportunity.
The American heavyweight faces Martin Bakole live on DAZN tonight, while Ruiz is up against Jarrell Miller.
The two winners of the respective fights could move into contention for a title fight down the line, but speaking to BoxingScene, Anderson threw his hat into the ring to take on Ruiz.
Ruiz made his name for a surprise win over Anthony Joshua back in 2019, though his career came off the rails somewhat as he failed to stay in shape for the 2020 rematch.
Discussing a fight with Ruiz, Anderson said, “it will definitely get accepted if it's offered.”
