The NHL season is on the road to the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Every remaining game of the NHL season will be live on DAZN with NHL.TV worldwide, excluding Canada and the U.S.
It is expected to be a memorable stretch between now and June.
Each week, DAZN News will take a look at three games to watch on NHL.TV on DAZN.The top two teams in DAZN NHL Power Rankings are battling for the top spot in the entire league. The Avalanche (44-13-9) have been leading the pace all season, but hit the skids as of late. That has let the Stars (42-14-10) get back into the race with securing at least a point in their last 15 games (14-0-1).
They have split the season series with one win apiece. Dallas won the first meeting 5-4 in a shootout on Oct. 11. Colorado returned the favor at the beginning of March, with a 5-4 win in a shootout as well.
The winner could still be at the top of the mountain in the NHL.
An Original Six matchup in the Motor City with significant playoff stakes in the Eastern Conference. Each team holds a wild card spot and are separated by just one point (Red Wings 82 points, Bruins 81). But the Red Wings (37-23-8) are on the downswing, having gone 1-3-2 in their last six games without team captain Dylan Larkin and forwards Andrew Copp, Michael Rasmussen, and Michael Brandsegg-Nygard. Meanwhile, the Bruins have traded wins and losses in their last 10 games.
Something has to give. Which team will take control?
