Who will play right-back for Everton? Three transfer targets for the Toffees

Everton have a right-back problem and are willing to spend to fix it.
The Toffees have already been active in the summer transfer window, acquiring Christian Nørgaard, Brennan Johnson, Tyrique George and others as they look to improve upon their disappointing 13th-place finish from last season.
David Moyes is hoping that his side will hit the ground running when the new Premier League season gets underway later this month, but Everton are still in the market for a right-sided full-back to complete their back line, and, according to the i, they hope to land one before their campaign kicks off Aug. 22 against Crystal Palace.
To that end, Moyes has his eye on three candidates — all with British connections.
In recent weeks, Everton have shown interest in Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Alistair Johnston and Brooke Norton-Cuffy, with the Guardian reporting that the club will decide between the three in the coming days.
Wan-Bissaka, 28, is no stranger to the Premier League, having split nine seasons in the English top flight between Crystal Palace, Manchester United and West Ham United. The DR Congo international would make the most sense from an experience standpoint, but Everton face competition for his signature as Aston Villa have reportedly opened talks with the Hammers as well.
Like Wan-Bissaka, 27-year-old Johnston recently played in the World Cup and has been linked to the Toffees all summer. The Canada and Celtic defender is a key figure at Parkhead and the Scottish side have already rejected a £12 million offer from Everton for him. The Canadian has vast international experience having collected 63 caps, but he has never played club football outside of MLS and the Scottish Premiership.
Norton-Cuffy is the youngest of Everton's potential right-back targets at 22 years old, with the Englishman having established himself at Genoa in Serie A over the past two seasons. His youth and ability to play on the front foot work in his favour, but his overall lack of experience is reportedly the reason why he's not at the top of Moyes' list.
