Wednesday sees another pair of teams join the Champions League round of 16 as Paris Saint-Germain host Real Sociedad for their first leg match.
PSG are, unsurprisingly, atop the Ligue 1 standings and hold a very comfortable 11-point lead. That should allow the Parisians to put all their focus on this tie, which comes against unlikely opponents in Real Sociedad.
La Real are seventh in La Liga and have only advanced to the knockout stages of a Champions League once before. That came way back in 2003-04, where they subsequeently lost to French side Lyon.
