Qatar 2022: Which teams have qualified for the World Cup?

This year's World Cup will be a little bit different than ones in the past, as it's scheduled for November and December due to the climate in host country Qatar.

What hasn't changed is the number of teams that will qualify, as 32 sides from around the world will make up the biggest single-sport event on the planet. Qatar 2022 will be the last time the tournament will have 32 teams, as the North American triumvirate of the United States, Mexico and Canada will welcome 48 nations when they co-host the event in 2026.

Until then, the focus remains on Qatar. With the March international break underway, several teams have already booked their tickets to the Middle East, with many more still contesting the remaining spots.

We'll know the entire field by the end June. Until then, here's who has officially clinched their spots so far:
