Kevin Knight ready to beat Darby Allin at his own game and prove main event potential

Sunday's All In event has a card that is stacked from top to bottom, as the stars of AEW prepare to blow the arch off Wembley Stadium once again.Â
The show is headlined by the AEW World Championship match between Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay, one of eight title bouts that will take place this weekend at the iconic London venue.
Yet, like any AEW show, there's a different flavour on offer, and for those who like things hardcore, their attention will firmly be on the Falls Count Anywhere match between Darby Allin and Kevin Knight for the TNT Championship.Â
Darby was one of AEW's first-ever signings and has carved out a legacy with the company that has seen him become one of wrestling's biggest daredevils, so Sunday's stipulation is right up his street.Â
Yet, his opponent has already shown that he's not afraid to take things to the extreme, and while Knight is already being talked about as a future world champ, he has no issue in taking this to a new level to keep hold of his gold.Â
"He wants to know just how far I'll take it. I have to beat him at his own game and more," Knight exclusivly told DAZN News.Â
"You really can't prepare for a Falls Count Anywhere match. You really can't prepare for a Darby Allin. But I've put Darby into the hospital multiple times before, so my objective is just to win.
"As long as I win, I'm good.  I'm going to pin him on the table, in the middle of the ring, on the stage, in the rafters, so it's easy for me. It's a classic stipulation match, a Falls Count Anywhere, and I'm so looking forward to it."
A win for Knight would continue his rapid rise up the AEW ranks. Since signing with the company last year, the 29-year-old has wasted no time in showing his potential and has already been earmarked as a future main event guy.Â
It's a label that the superstar is fully aware of and is ready to embrace, too, with Knight selling DAZN on his accomplishments so far with the company.Â
"I think my work ethic and my output that I've put out ever since I came into AEW speak for itself.Â
"I call myself the 'The1YouLookUp2' for a reason. I came in, and I wasn't wasting no time.
"In less than a year, a two-time trios champ and a TNT champion. We're literally just scratching the surface of not only who the Jet is as a person and as a character.
"I'm looking forward to more opportunities to grow after this Wembley and to proving to myself that I'm a main event guy."Â

That main event may have to wait, because first he still needs to get the better of Allin in front of one of AEW's biggest crowds of the year.Â
Over 40,000 will be in attendance at the iconic venue for this third All In event, but Knight's in no doubt that his talent belongs alongside the many greats to have performed on his hallowed ground.Â
Adding, "I think I fit perfectly in the mould of it. You had Freddie Mercury's last performance here, you had Michael Jackson doing his thing, and now you've got The Jet and Darby Allin doing a Falls Count Anywhere,  so it's a stage where the lights are the brightest, and I'm ready for it."Â
The question is, is London ready for the chaos that could happen between the pair?Â

AEW All In takes place at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday, August 30.
The main PPV begins at 6pm BST, following the pre-show from 4:30pm BST.
Kenny Omega defends the AEW World Championship against Will Ospreay in the main event, while Willow Nightingale puts the AEW Women's World Championship on the line against Mercedes Moné.
