AEW Dynamite preview: Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay come face-to-face ahead of All In

With AEW's biggest show of the year rapidly approaching, tensions are beginning to rise between AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay ahead of their huge title match in London.

Omega surprisingly came to the aid of his All In opponent on last week's Dynamite after Ospreay was attacked by members of the Don Callis Family, adding another layer to the complicated relationship between the two rivals.

Now, Omega and Ospreay will sit down with Renee Paquette on Dynamite as they prepare to come face-to-face ahead of their championship showdown at Wembley.

There is plenty more scheduled for Wednesday's show in Baltimore, including two major trios matches and championship action.

Omega will reunite with The Young Bucks to take on El Clon, Mark Davis and Jake Doyle in trios action.

The match puts the AEW World Champion back alongside Matt and Nick Jackson at a crucial point in his preparations for Wembley, while also giving Omega another opportunity to build momentum before defending his title against Ospreay.

Ospreay, meanwhile, has called on some familiar faces for backup.

The Englishman will reunite with his United Empire allies HENARE and Francesco Akira to face Brian Cage, Rocky Romero and Lance Archer in a separate trios match.

Ospreay's decision to bring in reinforcements comes after he found himself outnumbered last week, when Omega unexpectedly came to his aid.

That leaves the two All In rivals in an unusual position heading into Wednesday night. Both have their own battles to fight before they sit down together with Renee Paquette to discuss the AEW World Championship.

With Wembley approaching, Dynamite could reveal whether the respect shown between Omega and Ospreay last week can survive for much longer.

MJF waits in the wings ahead of All In

Omega and Ospreay may be preparing to fight for the AEW World Championship, but MJF continues to insist that neither man can call himself AEW's true champion.

MJF strengthened his position last week by securing the No. 2 entry in the Casino Gauntlet match at All In.

He then turned his attention towards Omega and Ospreay, continuing to present himself as AEW's "One True Champion" and making his intentions towards the world title clear.

Even with Omega and Ospreay heading towards their blockbuster Wembley encounter, MJF remains a major presence in the championship picture.

Another intervention on Dynamite could make an already volatile situation even more unpredictable.

TBS Championship on the line in four-way match

The women's division will also be in the spotlight in Baltimore with the TBS Championship at stake.

Maya World is set to defend her title against three challengers as Kris Statlander, Hikaru Shida and Persephone compete for the championship.

With four wrestlers involved, World does not necessarily need to be pinned to lose her title, making this one of the champion's most unpredictable defences to date.

The match also provides another opportunity for the women's division to build momentum ahead of All In, with the Wembley card now looming large over every championship battle in AEW.
