AEW Dynamite results: Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay's rivalry reaches boiling point

Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay's relationship finally reached breaking point on Wednesday night's episode of AEW Dynamite as the fallout from Redemption continued to reshape the road to AEW All In.
Elsewhere, Willow Nightingale's first night as AEW Women's World Champion ended in chaos after a confrontation with Mercedes Moné, The Demand captured the AEW World Trios Championships and several rivalries intensified ahead of next week's Grand Slam: Mexico.

Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay's friendship finally explodes
The highly anticipated confrontation between Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay closed Wednesday night's Dynamite, and any hope of repairing their fractured relationship quickly disappeared.
Omega accused Ospreay of hesitating before saving him at Redemption, claiming his former friend had considered taking the AEW World Championship before ultimately helping him against the Death Riders. Ospreay denied the accusation, explaining that after losing confidence following his injury, he found purpose alongside Jon Moxley before ultimately realising the Death Riders were no longer the path he wanted to follow.
The conversation soon became deeply personal. Omega admitted Ospreay's comments about him "giving up" had cut deeply, while Ospreay insisted everything he had sacrificed over the past year had been to keep AEW moving forward while Omega recovered.
The exchange ended with Omega repeatedly slapping Ospreay across the face before Ospreay warned the champion never to touch him again. Promising he would "pull the trigger" when they meet at AEW All In, Ospreay made it clear he intends to leave Wembley Stadium as AEW World Champion.
Will Ospreay officially walks away from the Death Riders
Earlier in the evening, Ospreay made another huge statement by officially severing ties with the Death Riders.
After being confronted backstage by Jon Moxley, PAC and Daniel Garcia, Ospreay returned the Death Riders patch Moxley had previously handed him before simply declaring: "I'm out."
Moxley surprisingly allowed Ospreay to walk away, although Garcia warned there would be consequences for abandoning the group.
Moments later, "Hangman" Adam Page attempted to offer Ospreay support ahead of everything waiting for him, but Ospreay politely refused, insisting he would deal with Kenny Omega, the Death Riders and everyone else on his own.
Willow Nightingale's celebration comes to an abrupt end
Fresh from dethroning Thekla at Redemption, Willow Nightingale received an emotional championship celebration from the Detroit crowd.
The celebration was interrupted by Mercedes Moné, who arrived carrying the contract for their AEW Women's World Championship match at All In and demanded Nightingale sign immediately.
After Willow accepted, the pair exchanged increasingly personal insults before Moné revealed she blamed Nightingale for every major setback of her AEW career.
The confrontation soon turned physical as Divine Dominion joined Moné in attacking the champion before The Brawling Birds rushed to the ring to make the save, officially cementing one of All In's marquee championship matches.
The Demand become new AEW World Trios Champions
Championship gold changed hands in Wednesday night's main event as Ricochet, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona defeated The Conglomeration to capture the AEW World Trios Championship.
After a frantic contest involving all six competitors, outside interference from The Lethal Twist distracted The Conglomeration long enough for Ricochet to hit the Spirit Gun on Orange Cassidy and secure the victory.
The celebrations quickly descended into chaos as more competitors entered the ring before Hangman Adam Page arrived wielding a barbed-wire chair to clear the ring and stand alongside Brody King and The Conglomeration as Dynamite drew towards its conclusion.
Andrade and Mike Bailey build momentum before Grand Slam: Mexico
Elsewhere, Andrade El Ídolo successfully retained the AEW National Championship by defeating Jack Perry and Nick Wayne in an entertaining three-way contest.
Following the match, Andrade expressed his interest in entering the Casino Gauntlet at AEW All In, while Mark Davis challenged Will Ospreay to a singles match at next week's Grand Slam: Mexico.
Mike Bailey also continued building momentum ahead of his AEW International Championship opportunity by helping Brody King and Bandido defeat Kyle Fletcher, Brian Cage and Jake Doyle, setting up another intriguing chapter in his rivalry with Fletcher.
