AEW Dynamite results: Kenny Omega sends Will Ospreay through table ahead of All In

The AEW World Champion hit his Wembley challenger with a One-Winged Angel through a table on the floor to close Wednesday night's show in Baltimore.

It came after an increasingly personal night between Omega and Ospreay, who had earlier confronted one another in a heated sit-down interview ahead of their AEW World Championship match at Wembley Stadium.

Elsewhere, Jon Moxley and Nigel McGuinness advanced in the Continental Challenge Cup, Mercedes Moné and Willow Nightingale came to blows and Darby Allin was taken out on a stretcher following an attack by TNT Champion Kevin Knight.

Kenny Omega puts Will Ospreay through a table

Ospreay began the night in winning fashion alongside United Empire's Francesco Akira and Henare against the Don Callis Family.

The Englishman scored the deciding pinfall after hitting Rocky Romero with the Hidden Blade, but his attention quickly turned towards Omega.

The pair later sat down with Renee Paquette to discuss a rivalry stretching back more than a decade.

Their previous meetings in Japan and Canada, Ospreay's controversial victory at Forbidden Door in 2023 and the serious injuries both men have suffered were among the subjects discussed.

Things became particularly heated when the conversation turned towards Ospreay's family, with Omega suggesting the challenger's seven-year-old son could be looking for a new hero after All In.

Omega then competed in the night's main event, teaming with the Young Bucks to defeat Mark Davis, Jake Doyle and El Clon of the Don Callis Family.

Ospreay confronted the champion afterwards over his earlier comments.

Security initially escorted Ospreay away, only for Omega to provoke his challenger into returning to the ring.

Omega caught Ospreay with a V-Trigger before taking him onto the apron and delivering a devastating One-Winged Angel through a table at ringside.

The AEW World Champion then stood tall with his title as Ospreay remained amongst the wreckage.

The rivals will meet for the AEW World Championship at All In: London at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 30.

Jon Moxley advances in Continental Challenge Cup

Jon Moxley booked his place in the Continental Challenge Cup semi-finals with victory over Jay White.

White pushed the AEW Continental Champion throughout a physical encounter and connected with the Blade Runner late in the match.

Moxley rolled to the outside before eventually recovering and hitting the Death Rider.

White kicked out, but Moxley immediately transitioned into a rear-naked choke and forced his opponent to pass out.

Nigel McGuinness also progressed despite entering his match against Hechicero with an injured heel.

Hechicero repeatedly targeted the injury, but McGuinness survived before securing the submission victory to reach the semi-finals.

Mercedes Moné and Willow Nightingale brawl

The rivalry between AEW Women's World Champion Willow Nightingale and Mercedes Moné also boiled over ahead of their All In meeting.

The pair began an interview in separate areas of the arena before Nightingale challenged Moné to come and find her.

Moné did exactly that. They brawled into the arena and eventually reached the ring, with security repeatedly struggling to separate them.

Nightingale will first defend her title against TBS Champion Maya World on Saturday's Collision after World successfully retained her championship in a four-way match against Kris Statlander, Persephone and Hikaru Shida.

The winner is scheduled to defend the AEW Women's World Championship against Moné at Wembley.

Darby Allin stretchered out after Kevin Knight attack

TNT Champion Kevin Knight sent another message to Darby Allin ahead of their Falls Count Anywhere match at All In.

Knight called Allin to the ring before pyro erupted around his rival on the entrance ramp.

The champion took advantage, placing a chair around Allin's neck before connecting with a coast-to-coast kick.

Allin was fitted with a neck collar and taken away on a stretcher as the rivalry took another violent turn ahead of Wembley.
