DAZN News rounds up the biggest boxing news on Wednesday, June 3.
Momentum is gathering pace for Katie Taylor's farewell fight, with a date at Dublin's Croke Park appearing close to being agreed.
One question that continues to overshadow is who Taylor could face, and it looks like the WBC knows something no one else does.
The sanctioning body has said Taylor will fight Flora Pili for their vacant women's super lightweight title with Sandy Ryan vacating the belt after becoming pregnant, and with Taylor being the IBF, WBA and WBO champion at 140lbs, this bout would be for the undisputed title.
Pili hails from France and is undefeated in her 12 fights as a professional, with two of those wins coming by way of knockout.
There could be an exciting all-American world title fight taking place this summer between WBO welterweight champion Devin Haney and Keyshawn Davis according to Boxing Scene.
Davis has been elevated to being the governing body's number one contender at welterweight, meaning he is set to be made the mandatory challenger for Haney's title.
The WBO's mandatory call is due in August, and if Davis is indeed named the challenger, he will be attempting to become a two-weight world champion after previously enjoying a reign as the WBO lightweight champion.
'The Beauty' Tommy Fury fights the 'The Beast' Eddie Hall on a great Misfit's fight night on Saturday, June 13, exclusively live on DAZN.
