Terence Crawford blasts Errol Spence Jr.: 'He wasn't built for this s—'

Now that "Bud" got to see "The Truth" make his first public comments since surviving that ordeal, he's back to firing off on the unified welterweight champion of the world — and trying to force a unification bout in 2020.

Late Sunday night, Crawford took to Twitter and unleashed two scathing tweets aimed at Spence.

Crawford's onslaught stems from the WBO welterweight titleholder using the "#quitduckinme" hashtag on Friday.

Spence took to his own Twitter account Sunday to respond to that assertion.

When one of his followers told him "make the fight then," Spence responded:

That's what led to Crawford's merciless tweets Sunday night.

The boxers' camps have been unable to negotiate what would be a mega bout for welterweight supremacy — with Crawford's WBO title and Spence's IBF and WBC straps on the line — since Crawford (36-0, 27 KOs) fights under the Top Rank banner and Spence (26-0, 21 KOs) fights with PBC.

This isn't the first time that Crawford has blasted Spence in an attempt to coax him into a fight, however. Last October, before Spence's accident, Crawford took aim at the unified welterweight champ while speaking with TMZ Sports.

“Take off them panties and pull your pants up, and let's sign the contract,” Crawford said at the time. He added that Spence’s camp has been full of “excuses after excuses after excuses."

"I honestly believe when it comes to him,” Crawford said, “deep down in his heart, he knows what he's up against when he goes up against me."
