Supertri Pro Series Final results: Alex Yee suffers heartbreak as Matt Hauser and Cassandre Beaugrand win

The season-ending event brought together some of the biggest names in short-course triathlon, with an $800,000 prize purse on offer across the men’s and women’s races.

Australian world champion Hauser came out on top in the men’s event ahead of Hayden Wilde, while Olympic champion Beaugrand produced a dominant performance to win the women’s race.

Who won the men's Supertri Pro Series Final?

Matt Hauser won the men's Supertri Pro Series Final, producing the decisive move on the final run in Jersey.

Hauser pulled clear of New Zealand star Hayden Wilde during the closing stage and crossed the line seven seconds ahead of his rival.

Mitch Kolkman of the Netherlands completed the podium in third.

The victory earned Hauser the $100,000 first prize and added another major title to the Australian's collection following his 2025 World Triathlon Championship triumph.

The race had been billed as the long-awaited renewal of the rivalry between Alex Yee and Wilde, with the pair sharing a start line for the first time in more than a year.

However, Olympic champion Yee's hopes of challenging for victory were ended when he suffered a snapped chain on the second bike leg of the race. 

That left Wilde to lead the challenge to Hauser, but the Australian proved too strong on the final run.

Who won the women's Supertri Pro Series Final?

Cassandre Beaugrand won the women's Supertri Pro Series Final after making her decisive move during the final run.

The French Olympic champion finished 19 seconds ahead of Great Britain's Georgia Taylor-Brown, with Luxembourg's Jeanne Lehair taking third, 27 seconds behind the winner. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}

Beaugrand's victory also earned her a $100,000 prize as she capped another hugely successful season.
